THE DECOR IS VERY WESTERN-SALOON STYLE, VERY CLEAN WITH PRIVATE BOOTHES & RESTROOM IN THE RESTAURANT(UNUSUAL IN LAS VEGAS CASINOS)
ALOT OF TRUCKERS HERE SINCE IT'S REALLY A CASINO/TRUCK STOP JUST NO GAS

THE HOSTESS WAS A LITTLE DIM & SAT US IN THE CORNER BY THE KITCHEN & BATHROOM. THE WAITRESS WAS JAMAICAN OR SOMETHING AND VERY FRIENDLY & EFFICIENT. DRINKS WERE ALWAYS FILLED TIMELY & FOOD WAS BROUGHT OUT IN A VERY TIMELY & ORDERLY FASHION WITH EXTRA NAPKINS
TABLE WAS CLEARED VERY QUICKLY AS WE FINISHED COURSES KEEPING THE TABLE CLEAR

NACHOS WERE HUGE-THE CHEESE SAUCE WAS STRAIGHT OUT OF A CAN, IT WAS FULLY LOADED WITH BEANS & PROBABLY 2 WHOLE TOMATOES & 2 WHOLE JALAPENOS-ALOT OF FOOD BUT VERY BLAND & WAY TOO MUCH BEANS-PICO WAS KINDA OFF. THE CHILI WAS GREAT-LOTS OF BEANS & BEEF-VERY SPICY WITH THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF CHEESE. THE CHICKEN NOODLE WAS GOOD TOO, BOW TIE PASTA WITH LOTS OF DICED CARROT & WHITE CHICKEN CHUNKS. THE SALAD WAS VERY FRESH & CRISPY WITH HOMEMADE 1000 ISLAND & SWEET CHERRY TOMATOES.
NOW THE ENTREES-THE $6 SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS WAS ENOUGH FOR 3 PEOPLE-THE MEATBALLS PRACTICALLY FELL APART AS YOU FORKED THEM-VERY GOOD ITALIAN SPICE & SAUCE WAS GOOD TOO-ALOT OF BASIL-OREGANO & ?.
THE FISH & CHIPS WERE A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING-THE BEER BATTERED COD WAS A LITTLE OVERCOOKED & RUBBERY ON 1 FILLET BUT THE OTHER TOO WERE VERY FLAKY & FRESH. THE FRIES WERE JUST THAT FRIES-NOT CHIPS AS EXPECTED!!(THEY SHOULDN'T MISLEAD PEOPLE LIKE THAT)
THE MEATLOAF MEAL WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL-THE MEATLOAF HAD A KETCHUP COAT ON IT (LIKE IT WAS PACKAGED) AND THEN A VERY SALTY BROWN GRAVY POURED OVER IT. THE MASHED POTATOES WERE GOOD-REAL-BASICALLY A BAKER SCOOPED OUT WITH AN ICE CREAM SCOOPER. THE VEGGIES WERE THE BEST PART-STEAMED TO PERFECTION WITH MUSHROOMS AND A PLUM SAUCE OVER THEM.
FOR DESSERT WE HAD THE FUDGE BROWNIE SUNDAE & DEEP-FRIED OREOS-THE BROWNIE WAS DELICIOUS AND FRESH-THEY DEEP-FRIED OREOS WERE OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! CRISPY ON THE OUTSIDE & SOFT IN THE MIDDLE WITH A LITTLE LIQUID CREME CENTER!!

IT'S A CAFE IN A DIVE CASINO/TRUCKSTOP SO EXPECTATIONS ARE NEVER TOO HIGH. THE SERVICE IS GREAT-OUR WAITRESS HAD A TABLE OF GYPSIES GIVING HER HELL BUT SHE SMILED AND RAN HER ASS OFF NOT NEGLECTING ANYONE ELSE FOR A MOMENT. IF YOU STICK TO THE SOUPS/SALADS/APPETIZERS/DESSERTS & MAYBE BURGERS THIS PLACE ISN'T HALF-BAD. THE CHILI IS SOME OF THE BEST IN LAS VEGAS, AND THE SALAD IS ENORMOUS FOR CHEAP. ALL THE MENU PRICES ARE FAIRLY CHEAP & THE SPECIALS ARE UNHEARD OF ANYMORE IN LAS VEGAS. $1.49 FULL BREAKFAST(OTHER PLACES WILL GET YOU WITH THEIR $3.00 BREAKFAST BUT $3.29 COFFEE) THE FOOD IS TRUCK-STOP QUALITY SINCE THAT'S THE MAJORITY OF THE CUSTOMERS HERE BUT FOR BREAKFAST YOU CAN'T GO WRONG-EXCEPT STAY AWAY FROM THE SAUSAGE!! AND THE MEATLOAF!!
DEFINITELY TRY THE DEEP-FRIED OREOS
