If you're near Centennial Plaza at Lewis and Fourth streets between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Sept. 4, you can get a free single burger, courtesy of Wendy's — at least if you're one of the first 1,000 people to get there. Some 2,000 free Wendy's gift cards also will be distributed.
