BALLOONAPALOOZA III featuring hot air balloons, a carnival, circus show, and live music. 'IT TAKES A VILLAGE' ANTI-VIOLENCE CELEBRATION featuring free carnival games, a poster contest, jump house, balloon artist and face painting 6-7 p.m. today at Doolittle Community Center, 1950 N. J St. A basketball game with law enforcement and city of Las Vegas staff will be at 7 p.m. followed with a peace rally by Operation Lasting Peace.
