The fluffernutter sandwich is combination of Marshmallow Fluff (a blend of corn syrup, sugar, dried egg white, and vanilla flavoring. )and peanut butter, preferably on white bread. There's quite a few spins on it like changing up the bread or adding chocolate sauce. There's even a few people who have made it in to a cake, even Elvis style(that means add bananas). Little did I know about this sandwich but it is very controversial, it's even been brought before the Senate in Massachussets and The makers of the Marshmallow Fluff ,Durkee-Mower, Inc., have sued over it's use without permission. Apparently it's a staple of kids throughout the New England area. I myself never heard of it until I was writing this segment but it sounds good & unhealthy I think I'll go make one NOW.
