CHANG'S has just closed it's doors in the Palace Station. It's last day was Sunday and now they are converting it into another Chinese Restaurant, Huh?Seemed to be a popular spot, War Wonton Soup was incredible and so were the fried wontons. Oh well you can never try to figure out these casino executive types.
