I have had my heart set on going to this place for a very long time, ever since I found out they had a fried pork tenderloin sandwich on the menu I have been determined to get me one.
I found this place had gift certificates on restaurant.com so I printed one out for $25 before I went. I paid $5!!
I went on a Wednesday night so there was no line or long wait. This place is really hopping on weekends so expect a 20-45 minute wait. However,we were seated immediately in a booth .
The theme is very industrial with stainless steel everything and open steel rafters, very cool.
The service was outstanding, the waitress explained items on the menu and recommend the top sellers, she was very efficient and still kept up when the place got real busy.
The food was enormous. The kids pancake was the size of a medium pizza and it only cost $5!! I ordered the pork tenderloin dinner and the wife had the fried chicken sandwich. We both had the loaded mashed potatoes and we had green fried tomatoes for an appetizer. The food was very elegantly prepared with lots of spices and sauces and the cheese on the stuff was over the top. We thoroughly enjoyed everything and took enough home for an entire other meal.
We will be back and I would recommend it to anyone looking for something a little unusual but delicious.
