Had this place on the list for quite awhile. It used to be Red Rock Chili Co. then it added the BBQ & became Outlaws now it's gone. Some mixed reviews of the place. I had purchased a gift certificate from Restaurant.com but after a week they emailed me to inform me Outlaws was no longer participating so I knew something was up. I finally drove over at 1pm on a Saturday and it was locked up tight with no sign but the inside looked like they had been closed up for awhile.
As of mid-July 09, this place has a "grand re-opening" banner. Not sure if it's the same owners or not.
