Grind Burger Bar and Lounge on Urbanspoon

If you like to eat, you’ve gotta love a great buffet! You can mix and match just about any kind of food combination you would like. If you want pizza and pancakes or a salad with pizza it’s up to you—but you can do it.
Now imagine being able to create a burger just the way you want it with every ingredient you can think of. You want to put some asparagus on your veggie burger or a fried egg on your turkey burger?
You got it. You can’t do this at just any Las Vegas restaurant on the Strip. Step away from the Las Vegas hotels and Las Vegas nightclubs to find this burger paradise at Mark DiMartino’s Grind Burger Bar & Lounge on Tropicana Avenue between Paradise Road and Koval Lane.

At the Grind Burger Bar & Lounge you will be able to choose from a slew of options to make the best burger you’ve ever had. All of the ingredients are fresh and the meats are hand pressed. Burger buns are baked fresh everyday and you get to choose from only premium quality cheeses to go with your sandwich.

Grind Burger Bar & Lounge also makes 20 varieties of homemade special sauces for your burgers; think wasabi mayonnaise, cayenne pepper ranch, and tomato salsa.

If that doesn’t whet your appetite, the Grind Burger Bar & Lounge also features a granite countertop bar that sits 15 people and serves all sorts of alcohol, so you don’t have to worry that you’ll be stuck with a soda while eating your custom burger.

With 3,000 square feet of space, the restaurant seats up to 90 burger lovers at a time to enjoy a custom creation. With a sleek 1940’s décor, fresh ingredients and endless combination options you never have to eat the same burger twice—unless you want to!

  1. WOW!
Tried it, the burgers were the best ever, our server (Natalie) answered all of our questions, and was flawless.
The prices seemed high at first glance, but it was worth it, I would go back again and again.
