You don’t need to travel far to get a taste of great Latin food in Las Vegas. Firefly Tapas Kitchen and Bar is definitely one of those places. Its festive red walls and floral centerpieces full of lime and lemon slices welcome you to a great little spot that will cater to all of your Latin food cravings. The menu at Firefly Tapas Kitchen and Bar is extensive. Along with desserts and entrees they have hot tapas, chilled tapas and great drink menus. You can count on amazing mojitos and sangria made fresh everyday at Firefly. Happy Hour runs from 3pm-6pm Mondays through Thursdays and from 3pm-5pm on Fridays. Sorry folks, no Happy Hour on the weekends. But, you can still stop by to enjoy the amazing food and great atmosphere. As for what’s on the menu, you certainly have your choices. Check out the chilled tapas menu for the Spaniard favorite gazpacho or delicious smoked salmon. It’s always fresh and tastes great with the accompanying brioche toast, sour cream, pickled ginger, and capers. If you want some hot appetizers to go with your mojitos, vegetarians will love the veggie empanadas or Firefly’s signature French fires with parmesan, herbs and aioli. Looking for a fried favorite? Check out their ham and cheese croquettes. Filet mignon sliders are the perfect beer mate and if you want a real Latin favorite indulge in Firefly Tapas Kitchen and Bar’s paella. If you want something to indulge your sweet tooth, the desserts are delectable. Check out their banana-nutella sandwiches or caramel flan.
