Voted America's #1 Pulled Pork Sandwich by @Regis_and_Kelly was enough to get me outta the house and down to the @MonteCarloLV.As part of the @LasVegasNFR there was LIVE enterainment and several vendors in the parking lot but 1 thing stood out and that was SERIOUS TEXAS BBQ!!

Fantastic Meats!! SMOKED with good flavor and the puled pork was outta this world with the CHERRY CHIPOTLE SALSA!!
The BBQ sauce was carolina sweet which was good but I like mine HOT! The potato salad was good but needed mustard. After all the CHERRY CHIPOTLE SALSA sets a pretty high bar.
Truly good BBQ I really wish they had a location here in Las VEgas!!
